Your account
You must provide accurate, current contact information and verify your email address. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Accounts may not be accessed through VPNs or anonymizing proxies. We may suspend accounts with false information or that violate these terms, and we may disclose account information when required by law or valid legal process.
Domain registration
Domain registrations are subject to the policies of ICANN, the relevant registry, and our upstream registrar. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant contact information and keeping it current.
Renewals
Domains not renewed before expiration may enter a grace or redemption period, after which they may be released. Renewal fees are as listed on our pricing page at the time of renewal.
Acceptable use
- No use of our services for spam, phishing, malware distribution, or other abuse.
- No infringement of trademarks or other intellectual property.
- We may suspend services that violate these terms or applicable law.
Refunds
Domain registrations are generally non-refundable once processed by the registry.
